Introduction

The English House was started in 2018 by two passionate people. As the name suggests, they wanted to provide spoken English classes to their customers and help them excel in IELTS/OET examinations. To make their offerings accessible, they offered both online and offline courses. These offerings helped them endure the pandemic wave and grow.

Fast-forward seven years, they've scaled organically and made a name for themselves. They have 200+ trainers, 1.2+ million social followers, and 13k+ organic reviews across social platforms. They have a stronghold in two states in India: Kerala and Tamil Nadu.

There are a ton of other ed-techs that offer similar training courses. But what made and makes English House stand apart is the cumulative benefits they have at offer. Their customers are offered with:

Despite the organic growth and brand name in the industry. English House yet continued to import, collect, manage, and showcase reviews manually. This meant a lot of time and effort. It's safe to say, things were cluttered. They have 13k+ reviews to manage, and to add to that fact, the reviews were increasing each day.

They were not making the best use of their reviews so far. But they knew, streamlining this entire process meant better efficiency and scale. If we speak of their challenges and what they wanted to improve/achieve going further:

  • They wanted to find a way through which they could collect different formats of reviews in easy steps.
  • They wanted to make use of their 13k+ reviews, by showcasing the best ones from a dedicated landing page.
  • They wanted to use the local language while collecting reviews, assignments, and interview applications. To help their target audience feel at ease.
  • They wanted to handle all of their reviews seamlessly from one place and remove the current process of managing things with Google Drive.
  • They wanted to provide a better user experience while collecting video testimonials through WhatsApp. They want to mitigate the current process of asking customers to record a video using a WhatsApp recorder or default camera app.

In a nutshell, they wanted to automate the entire review collection process and its management, to make their lives easy and improve organisational efficiency.

Solution

The Feedspace team while being active over a social platform such as Instagram, came across a post by English House. The post was a customer testimonial. We then went through their profile and observed that they had multiple posts of customer testimonials across all of their social handles.

This sparked our interest and we reached out to them, to understand how they were managing their reviews end-to-end. After hearing them out, it was clear to us that Feedspace can change their life for good and help them scale much faster.

After a couple of to-and-fro discussions with their marketing, HR, and growth departments. It was made clear to them and they were surprised how Feedspace can streamline their review collection and management process. They mostly wondered that they should've come across Feedspace much sooner.

This ensured efficiency and allowed English House to take in many applicants for filtration.
  • Feedspace made the life of the marketing team much easier. They were able to seamlessly manage testimonials from a dedicated workspace. The cloud storage offered top-notch security to store and handle 13k+ reviews from the last 7 years.
