  • We created two separate feedback forms, one for the diners and the other for those who opt for photography sessions.
  • Staff members were trained by the Feedspace team on how to encourage guests to leave feedback using our QR codes that were placed strategically at the counter and near tables.
  • The online scattered reviews were imported quickly, and then the best ones were selected to be shown over a dedicated landing page called Wall of Love. Also, a button that led visitors to their Instagram was added inside the landing page.

The Potential Impact
