Creative Space in Feedspace is designed to turn written testimonials into polished, branded static image cards. It does not produce video files or animated content. However, if you have collected a video testimonial, you can still use Creative Space to build a powerful promotional image that highlights that testimonial and directs your audience to watch the full video.
When you open Creative Space, the output is always a high-resolution PNG image card. It is not possible to export a video clip, animated GIF, or any moving format directly from Creative Space. If your goal is to share an actual video testimonial with your audience, the Share section in Feedspace is the right place to do that, as it lets you share or embed video responses directly.
Even though Creative Space cannot output a video, it is an effective tool for promoting one. The workaround is to extract the most compelling spoken or written content from the video testimonial and use it as the text in a Creative Space card. The finished image can then accompany your video post on social media, appear in an email campaign, or be used anywhere you want to tease the full video.
Watch the video testimonial and identify the single most impactful statement the reviewer makes. Look for a line that is specific, outcome-focused, and short enough to read at a glance on an image card. Transcribe it accurately so the text you use in Creative Space reflects exactly what the reviewer said.
Open Creative Space and choose a template. In the testimonial text field, enter the quote you extracted from the video. Add the reviewer’s name, job title or company if available, and their star rating. If the reviewer’s profile photo is in your Feedbox, include it so the card feels personal and credible.
Apply your brand colours and choose a template layout that suits the platform where you plan to share the image. Creative Space templates are sized for common social media dimensions, so the card will look well-proportioned whether you post it to LinkedIn, Instagram, or another channel.
Download the finished PNG from Creative Space. You can then pair it with your video in social media posts, use it as a thumbnail, include it in an email newsletter, or add it to a landing page that features the video. The image card acts as a visual hook that draws attention to the testimonial and encourages people to watch the full video.
For sharing the video itself rather than a promotional image, use the Share section inside Feedspace. From there you can get a shareable link or embed code for any video testimonial in your Feedbox, which lets you publish the video directly to your website, email, or other channels without needing to download or re-upload the file.
