The quickest way to find tutorials is directly inside Feedspace. Click the info icon (ⓘ) in the top-right corner of any page in the app. A menu appears with a Tutorials option. Clicking it opens the Feedspace tutorial library where you can watch step-by-step walkthroughs for all major features.
The Feedspace YouTube channel has video tutorials covering setup, form creation, widget configuration, automation, importing reviews, and more. New videos are added regularly as features are updated.
The Feedspace Help Centre contains written step-by-step articles for every feature. Use the search bar to find articles on any topic, or browse by category (Getting Started, Review Forms, Automation, Widgets, and more).
If you prefer a guided walkthrough with a member of the Feedspace team, you can book a live demo. This is especially useful when you are setting up Feedspace for the first time or want advice on the best setup for your specific use case.
Search the Help Centre using the feature name. If an article does not exist yet, use the Give us a Feedback option from the info menu to let the team know what tutorial would be helpful. You can also contact support via the in-app chat.
