How to Import Reviews from Agoda into Feedspace

Overview

Feedspace allows you to easily import and display customer reviews from Agoda, helping hotels, resorts, and property managers showcase genuine guest feedback directly on their website. Agoda integration also supports auto-sync, ensuring that any new reviews posted on Agoda are automatically updated in your Feedspace dashboard without manual imports.

Step 1 – Open Import Reviews in Feedspace

1. Log in to your Feedspace account.
2. Navigate to the Import Reviews section from the sidebar.
3. Select Agoda from the available platforms list.

Step 2 – Enter Your Agoda Review Link

1. Go to your Agoda property page.
2. Copy the full URL of your property’s review page (for example, https://www.agoda.com/sharang-stays/hotel/ghaziabad-in.html).
3. Paste the URL into the input field under Import reviews from Agoda.

Step 3 – Choose Review Sorting Option

Feedspace allows you to select how you want to import reviews:

• Most helpful
• Most recent
• High to low ratings
• Low to high ratings

Select your preferred option from the dropdown menu before clicking Get Reviews.

Step 4 – Enable Auto-Sync (Optional)

Feedspace supports automatic synchronization for Agoda reviews.

• Toggle on the Auto-Sync option next to Agoda in the sidebar.
• Once enabled, new reviews from Agoda will automatically sync to your Feedspace account every 24–48 hours.

Step 5 – Manage and Display Reviews

After importing:

• Review and filter imported reviews in your dashboard.
• Use them to create a Wall of Love or embed them directly on your website to showcase real guest experiences.

Step 6 – Support Assistance

If you face any issues or need guidance, click the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of your Feedspace dashboard to reach the support team.
