How to Import Reviews from Cars.com into Feedspace

Overview

If you collect dealership or automotive service reviews through Cars.com, you can easily import them into Feedspace to display on your Feedbox, Wall of Love, or website widgets.

Feedspace automates the process — you just submit your review link, and our team handles the rest.

Step 1 – Open Import Reviews in Feedspace

1. Log in to your Feedspace account.
2. From the left sidebar, go to Import Reviews.
3. From the list of available platforms, select Cars.com under Other Platforms.

Step 2 – Paste Your Cars.com Review Link

1. Go to your Cars.com dealer or business review page.
   • Example: https://www.cars.com/dealers/106780/auto-showcase-of-carol-stream/#Reviews
2. Copy the URL and paste it into the input field labeled Cars.com.
3. Click Request to submit your import request.

Step 3 – Review Processing

1. Once you submit, the Feedspace engineering team will start fetching your reviews.
2. The process typically takes up to 48 hours.
3. You’ll receive an email notification once the import is completed and the reviews appear in your Feedspace dashboard.

Step 4 – Use Your Imported Reviews

After the reviews are imported:

• View them in your Feedbox.
• Use them to create a Wall of Love or embed on your website using Feedspace Widgets.
