How to Import Reviews from Gartner into Feedspace

Feedspace allows you to import authentic Gartner Peer Insights reviews to showcase valuable feedback from verified business users. Displaying Gartner reviews on your website or Wall of Love helps strengthen credibility and attract potential customers.

Steps to Import Reviews from Gartner

Step 1 – Log into Feedspace

Begin by logging into your Feedspace account using your email and OTP. This ensures secure access to your account for importing reviews.

Step 2 – Select Workspace

After logging in, choose the workspace where you want to import TripAdvisor reviews. This will allow you to organize reviews based on your specific needs, whether it’s for a single project or multiple websites.

Step 3 – Navigate to the Import Page

Next, go to the Feedbox page within your Feedspace dashboard. On the left sidebar, find and click on the “Import” option to initiate the review import process.

Step 4 – Choose Gartner Import Option

• Under Popular Imports, select Gartner.
• Copy the URL of your product or vendor’s review page from Gartner Peer Insights.
• Paste it into the Gartner URL field.
• Choose Sorting Preference
• From the dropdown menu, select how you want to sort reviews:
  • Most helpful
  • Most recent
  • Least recent

Step 5 – Fetch Reviews

• Click on Get Reviews.
• Feedspace will automatically fetch the available reviews from Gartner.

Step 6 – Review & Import

• Check the fetched content to ensure it’s the correct post.
• Click Import to add it to your Feedspace account.

You’ve successfully imported Gartner reviews into Feedspace. Now, you can showcase trusted insights from industry professionals right on your site!
