How to Import Reviews from OpenTable into Feedspace

Overview

Feedspace allows you to import restaurant and dining reviews from OpenTable, helping hospitality businesses display authentic customer experiences on their website. This guide explains how to submit your OpenTable link and get your reviews automatically imported into your Feedspace account.

Step 1 – Access Import Reviews in Feedspace

1. Log in to your Feedspace account.
2. From the left sidebar, click on Import Reviews.
3. Select OpenTable from the available review sources.

Step 2 – Enter Your OpenTable Review Link

1. Visit your restaurant’s OpenTable page.
   Example: https://www.opentable.com/carmines-44th-street-nyc
2. Copy the complete page URL.
3. Paste it into the OpenTable import input field on Feedspace.
4. Click the Request button to submit your import request.

Step 3 – Review Import Process

1. Feedspace’s engineering team will scrape your OpenTable reviews within 48 hours.
2. You’ll receive an email notification once the reviews are available in your account.

Step 4 – Manage and Display Reviews

Once imported:

• View and manage your OpenTable reviews directly in Feedspace.
• Choose which ones to highlight publicly.
• Use the reviews to create a Wall of Love and embed it on your restaurant’s website.

Step 5 – Support Assistance

If you encounter any issues during import, click the chat bubble at the bottom-right corner of your Feedspace dashboard to connect with support.
