Steps to import reviews from OYO
Step 1 – Log into Feedspace

After logging in, choose the workspace where you’d like to import OYO reviews. This will allow you to organize your reviews efficiently based on different projects or websites.
Step 3 – Navigate to the Feedbox Page
Go to the Feedbox page within your Feedspace account. On the left sidebar, you will see an option to import reviews. Click on “Import” to begin the process of bringing in reviews from OYO.
Step 4 – Choose OYO Import Option
From the import options, click on “OYO” to start importing customer reviews from the OYO platform.
Step 5 – Add the Valid OYO Review Link
Before importing, you can customize the reviews you want to import. Choose from the following options:
- Relevance: Import reviews that are most relevant to your customers.
- Recent Review: Sort and import the latest customer reviews.
- High to Low Rating: Import reviews starting with the highest ratings.
- Low to High Rating: Import reviews starting with the lowest ratings.

Enter the URL of the OYO hotel for which you want to import reviews. This will ensure that the correct reviews are fetched from the platform.
