OYO is a widely used platform for hotels, with many customers sharing their experiences and feedback through reviews. Importing reviews from OYO into Feedspace allows you to display these reviews on your website, enhancing trust and engagement. Here’s a straightforward guide to help you bring in reviews from OYO.
To begin, log into your Feedspace account using your email and OTP. This ensures that your account is secure and ready for the review import process.
On the left sidebar, you will see an option to import reviews. Click on “Import” to begin the process of bringing in reviews from OYO.
Paste your OYO URL in the search input field to start importing your reviews.
Once Feedspace detects the OYO URL, click Fetch Reviews. Feedspace then pulls the available reviews from OYO and shows them in a list.
Tick the reviews you want to bring in, or use Select All to choose every fetched review at once.
Click Import Review in the footer bar. Feedspace adds the selected reviews to your account, ready to display on your website.
