How to Import Reviews from Thumbtack into Feedspace

Overview

Feedspace allows service professionals and small businesses to showcase their customer feedback by importing reviews directly from Thumbtack. By integrating your Thumbtack reviews into Feedspace, you can build trust with potential clients and display authentic testimonials on your website or portfolio page.

Step 1 – Open Import Reviews in Feedspace

1. Log in to your Feedspace account.
2. From the left navigation menu, go to the Import Reviews section.
3. Select Thumbtack from the list of available review platforms.

Step 2 – Enter Your Thumbtack Review Link

1. Visit your Thumbtack business profile page.
2. Copy the full profile URL containing your customer reviews.
3. Paste the URL in the input field under Request to import reviews from Thumbtack.
4. Click the Request button to submit your review import request.

Step 3 – Review Import Process

1. Feedspace’s engineering team will collect your Thumbtack reviews within 48 hours.
2. Once completed, you’ll receive an email notification confirming that your reviews are available in your Feedspace dashboard.

Step 4 – Manage and Display Reviews

After the import is complete:

• Access your reviews in your Feedspace dashboard.
• Select the testimonials you wish to feature.
• Create a Wall of Love or embed the reviews on your business website to highlight customer satisfaction and service quality.
