How to Import Reviews from Trip.com into Feedspace

Feedspace makes it simple to bring in your customer reviews from Trip.com so you can showcase them on your website, review widgets, or Wall of Love. Follow these steps to import reviews.

Steps to import reviews from Trip.com

Step 1: Log into Feedspace

Begin by logging into your Feedspace account using your email and OTP. This ensures secure access to your account for importing reviews.

Step 2: Navigate to the import page

Next, go to the Feedbox page within your Feedspace dashboard. On the left sidebar, find and click on the “Import” option to initiate the review import process.

Step 3: Enter your Trip.com URL

• Copy the URL of the Trip.com hotel or listing page where the reviews are available.
• Paste this link into the URL input field. Feedspace automatically detects the platform.
• Example: https://in.trip.com/hotels/w/detail?hotelid=6162771

Step 4: Fetch reviews

• Click Fetch Reviews.
• Feedspace will automatically fetch the reviews from the Trip.com page.

Step 5: Sort and select reviews

• Use the sort dropdown above the list to reorder the fetched reviews.
• Select the reviews you’d like to import, or use Select All.

Step 6: Add to Feedspace

• Click Import Review to add the selected reviews to your Feedspace account.

Make sure the Trip.com link you enter is a publicly accessible URL. Private or login-only links cannot be fetched.
