How to Import Reviews from TrustRadius into Feedspace

Overview

Feedspace makes it simple for SaaS companies and B2B product teams to display authentic client feedback by importing reviews directly from TrustRadius. By connecting your TrustRadius reviews to Feedspace, you can strengthen your brand credibility and showcase verified customer experiences on your website.

Step 1 – Open Import Reviews in Feedspace

1. Log in to your Feedspace account.
2. From the left navigation menu, go to the Import Reviews section.
3. Select TrustRadius from the list of available review sources.

Step 2 – Enter Your TrustRadius Review Link

1. Visit your TrustRadius product page.
2. Copy the full review URL of your product (for example, https://www.trustradius.com/products/aws-batch/reviews).
3. Paste this link into the input field under Request to import reviews from TrustRadius.
4. Click the Request button to submit your import request.

Step 3 – Review Import Process

1. Feedspace’s engineering team will scrape your TrustRadius reviews within 48 hours.
2. You will receive an email notification once the imported reviews are ready to view in your account.

Step 4 – Manage and Display Reviews

Once the reviews have been imported:

• Review them in your Feedspace dashboard.
• Select the best ones to feature on your website.
• Use these reviews to create a Wall of Love or embed them directly on your site to highlight product credibility and customer satisfaction.
