How to Import Your Shoutout Wall of Love into Feedspace

Overview

Feedspace allows you to import your existing testimonials from Shoutout and consolidate all your social proof in one place. Shoutout is a video and text testimonial collection platform that helps businesses gather authentic customer stories. By integrating your Shoutout testimonials into Feedspace, you can display them on your website, create a unified Wall of Love, and turn customer trust into more conversions.

Step 1: Open import in Feedspace

1. Log in to your Feedspace account.
2. From the left sidebar, go to the Import section.
3. Open the Migrate Reviews tab.
4. In the Select Platform section, click the Shoutout pill.

Step 2: Enter your Shoutout Wall of Love URL and request import

1. Follow the Step 1 instructions shown for Shoutout to get your Wall of Love page URL (e.g., shoutout.io/your-username).
2. Copy the public URL from your browser’s address bar.
3. Paste the URL into the Step 2 input field in Feedspace.
4. Once a green check icon appears in the input, click the Request Import button.
5. On success, Feedspace shows how many reviews were imported from Shoutout.

Step 3: Manage and publish your testimonials

After testimonials are imported successfully:

• Check and organize them in your Feedspace dashboard.
• Select which testimonials you want to feature publicly.
• Build your own Wall of Love or embed them on your website to showcase real customer feedback.
