How Do I Migrate Reviews from Endorsal to Feedspace?

Overview

Feedspace lets you import all your existing testimonials from Endorsal in under 2 minutes. There is no manual copy-paste required. Feedspace reads your Endorsal Wall of Love URL and pulls in every testimonial automatically, preserving all customer details and testimonial text.

Before you begin

Make sure you have the following ready before starting the migration:

• An active Feedspace account
• Access to your Endorsal dashboard
• A published Wall of Love page in Endorsal with a public URL

Step 1: Get your Endorsal Wall of Love URL

Log in to your Endorsal dashboard. Open your Wall of Love page from the navigation. Copy the full public URL from your browser’s address bar. This is the URL Feedspace will use to fetch your testimonials.

Step 2: Import your Endorsal reviews into Feedspace

1. Log in to your Feedspace account and click Import in the left sidebar.
2. In the Automated Import tab, paste your Endorsal Wall of Love URL into the input field.
3. Click the action button that appears (the label depends on whether Endorsal is detected as a known platform).
4. In the reviews list, select the testimonials you want to import, or click Select All.
5. Click Import Review in the bar at the bottom.

Step 3: Review your imported testimonials

A success screen shows the number of reviews imported from Endorsal. Click Create Wall of Love to go to your Pages and start displaying them, or click Import More Reviews to migrate another set.

What gets imported

Feedspace preserves the following details for each testimonial during the migration:

• Customer name and profile details
• Full testimonial text
• Star rating (where available)

What’s next

Your Endorsal reviews are now in your Feedspace workspace. You can display them using a Feedspace widget, build a Wall of Love page, or start collecting new testimonials with a review form.

Common questions

Does Endorsal need to be a supported platform for Feedspace to import it?

No. Paste your Endorsal Wall of Love URL in the Automated Import tab. Feedspace attempts to fetch testimonials from any public Wall of Love page URL.

Do I need to publish my reviews to the Endorsal Wall of Love first?

Yes. Make sure all the testimonials you want to migrate are published and visible on your Endorsal Wall of Love page before pasting the URL. Feedspace fetches only what is visible on that public page.

Can I run the migration more than once?

Yes. Click Import More Reviews on the success screen to return to the migration form and submit another URL at any time.
