How to Migrate Reviews from Trustmary to Feedspace

Overview

If you’ve been collecting testimonials on Trustmary and are now switching to Feedspace, you can migrate all your existing reviews in just a few minutes. Feedspace’s Review Migration feature lets you bring over all testimonial text, reviewer names, and star ratings without any manual copy-paste work.

Once migrated, your testimonials will appear in your Feedspace workspace and can be displayed through widgets, Wall of Love pages, and other sharing tools right away.

Step 1: Prepare Your Trustmary Testimonials

Before starting the migration, gather your Trustmary content in one of two ways:

• Export as CSV: Go to your Trustmary dashboard and export your testimonials as a CSV file.
• Use your public testimonial page URL: Identify the URL of your public Trustmary testimonial page so Feedspace can fetch reviews directly from it.

Step 2: Go to Feedspace Import Reviews

1. Log in to your Feedspace dashboard.
2. Open Import Reviews from the left sidebar.
3. Select the Trustmary option or use the Review Migration tool.

Step 3: Enter Your URL or Upload Your File

1. Paste your public Trustmary testimonial page URL into the provided field, or upload the CSV file you exported from Trustmary.
2. Feedspace will automatically import all your testimonials.
3. Once the import is complete, your reviews will appear in your Feedbox.
