How Do I Migrate Reviews from Trustmary to Feedspace?

If you’ve been collecting testimonials on Trustmary and are now switching to Feedspace, you can migrate all your existing reviews in just a few minutes. Feedspace’s Review Migration feature lets you bring over all testimonial text, reviewer names, and star ratings without any manual copy-paste work.

Once migrated, your testimonials will appear in your Feedspace workspace and can be displayed through widgets, Wall of Love pages, and other sharing tools right away.

Step 1: Get your Trustmary testimonial page URL

Log in to your Trustmary account and open your public testimonial page. Copy the full URL from your browser’s address bar. This is the URL Feedspace will use to fetch your testimonials.

Step 2: Import your Trustmary reviews into Feedspace

1. Log in to your Feedspace account and click Import in the left sidebar.
2. In the Automated Import tab, paste your Trustmary public testimonial page URL into the input field.
3. Click the action button that appears (the label depends on whether Trustmary is detected as a known platform).
4. In the reviews list, select the testimonials you want to import, or click Select All.
5. Click Import Review in the bar at the bottom.

Step 3: Review your imported testimonials

A success screen shows the number of reviews imported from Trustmary. Click Create Wall of Love to go to your Pages and start displaying them, or click Import More Reviews to migrate another set.

What’s next

Your Trustmary testimonials are now in your Feedspace workspace. You can display them using a Feedspace widget, build a Wall of Love page, or start collecting new testimonials with a review form.

What if Feedspace does not recognise the Trustmary URL?

Yes. Click Import More Reviews on the success screen to return to the migration form and submit another URL at any time.
