The Vertical Scroll widget displays your review cards in a continuously scrolling vertical feed that loops seamlessly, giving visitors an uninterrupted stream of social proof. By default, each card in the feed includes a small Feedspace badge at the bottom, which attributes the widget to Feedspace.
The Feedspace Branding toggle, found in the Branding section of the Design tab, is a premium feature (indicated by the lightning bolt icon). Turning it off removes the Feedspace badge from every card in the scrolling feed, so your visitors see only your reviews without any third-party attribution. This creates a cleaner, more professional appearance that keeps the focus entirely on the testimonials flowing through the widget. An eligible paid plan is required to use this feature.
Log in to your Feedspace account. In the left-hand navigation, click Widgets to open the Widgets dashboard where all your created widgets are listed.
Locate your Vertical Scroll widget in the list. Click the Edit button (or the widget name) to open the widget editor. Confirm that the widget type shown is Vertical Scroll before continuing.
Inside the widget editor, click the Design tab at the top of the settings panel. This tab contains all visual customisation options for the Vertical Scroll widget, including layout, colours, card styling, and branding.
Scroll down within the Design tab until you reach the Branding section. You will see the Feedspace Branding toggle, marked with a lightning bolt icon to indicate it is a premium feature. If you are on a free plan, upgrading to an eligible paid plan is required before you can interact with this toggle.
Click the Feedspace Branding toggle to turn it off. Once disabled, the Feedspace badge will no longer appear on any of the scrolling review cards in your Vertical Scroll widget. Click Save (or Publish) to apply the change. The widget embed on your site will update automatically to reflect the removal of the badge.
