Feedspace Introduces The New Notifications Feature

As Feedspace grew, we noticed a recurring issue: users were missing important feeds because they weren’t notified when new content arrived. It was difficult to track who sent the feed, when it was received, and which workspace it belonged to, leading to delays. Because they would only see the feeds when they would finally log into their Feedspace account again.

To address this, our engineering team developed the Notifications feature.

What does it do?

The Notifications feature keeps you updated in real-time. Whenever a new feed is received, you'll be notified, so you’ll never miss an important update.

How to Enable Notifications:

Follow these simple steps to set up notifications for your Feedspace account:

1. Go to Your Profile:

Log into Feedspace and click on your profile icon in the top right corner of your dashboard.

2. Access Notification Settings:

From the dropdown menu, select "Notification Settings."

3. Customize Your Preferences:

On the Notification Settings page, you can select which notifications you’d like to receive via email. (Note: Emails will be sent to the email address linked to your Feedspace account.)
