In response to popular demand, we're now rolling out the Custom Video Feed feature! Earlier, our Feed Forms only allowed recipients to record videos directly within the form. Now, with this update, users can upload pre-recorded videos.
Your recipients can now record a video live or upload one they've already created, making it easier for them to share their thoughts, testimonials, or reviews with you.
Our hope is that this feature especially helps situations such as collecting project files or work-in-progress clips for video editors and similar use cases.

How to enable this feature:
1. Log in to your Feedspace account.
2. Create a new Feed Form or select an existing one under "My Feed Forms."
3. Click on the "Edit this Feed Form" option.
4. On the "Edit Feed Form" page, open the "Form Types & Landing Page Settings" dropdown.
5. Scroll down to find the "Allow Users to Upload File" option and toggle it On or Off.
6. Choose whether to allow all video file formats or stick to the default format by toggling the available options.
7. Optionally, edit the "File Upload Button Label" to change the text on the upload button.
8. Once you're done, save your changes and share your updated Feed Form!
