How Do I Connect Heartbeat to Sync Customers in Feedspace?

Overview

Feedspace is adding a native Heartbeat integration that will automatically sync members from your Heartbeat community into the Feedspace Customers module. When the integration launches, members will be available in Feedspace as contacts you can tag, add to automation sequences, and send review requests to.

Current status

The Heartbeat integration is currently in development. To check its status, click + Add customers on the Customers page and select the Integrations tab in the modal. The Heartbeat card shows a Coming soon badge and cannot be connected yet.

What to do while you wait

Import customers from a CSV file by clicking + Add customers on the Customers page and selecting the CSV tab in the modal.
Add customers one at a time by clicking + Add customers and selecting the Manual tab in the modal.
You can sync customers automatically using Zapier, Make, or n8n in the meantime.
