How to Submit a Feature Request

1. Log in to your Feedspace account.
2. Click the info icon (ⓘ) in the top-right corner of any page in the app.
3. Click Request a Feature from the dropdown menu.
4. Describe the feature you would like to see and how it would help you. The more specific you are, the better the team can understand the need.
5. Submit the request.

What Happens to Your Request?

The Feedspace product team reviews every feature request submitted. Requests that are popular, frequently repeated by multiple users, or align closely with Feedspace’s product direction are prioritised for the roadmap. You may not get an immediate response for every request, but all submissions are read and considered.

Other Ways to Share Feature Ideas

• Slack Community: Share your idea in the Feedspace Slack community where other users can upvote it and the team can discuss it directly with you.
• In-App Chat: If your request is urgent or related to a specific use case, mention it in the support chat so the team can log it alongside any relevant context.

Tips for a Strong Feature Request

• Describe the problem you are trying to solve, not just the solution you have in mind. “I need to do X but currently cannot” is more useful than “please add Y button.”
• Include your use case: what kind of business you run and how this feature would fit into your workflow.
