How to Share Your Feedback

Log in to your Feedspace account.
Click the info icon (ⓘ) in the top-right corner of any page in the app.
Click Give us a Feedback from the dropdown menu.
Share what you think: what is working well, what is confusing, or what could be better. All feedback is welcome.
Submit the form.

What Kind of Feedback Is Useful?

Something that frustrated you: A confusing step, a slow page, or something that did not work as you expected. These reports help the team identify and fix friction points.
Something you love: Positive feedback helps the team know what to protect and build more of.
A workflow suggestion: If you found a workaround for something that felt awkward, sharing it helps the team improve the native experience.
Missing help content: If you could not find an article or tutorial for something you needed, let the team know so the gap can be filled.

Other Ways to Share Feedback

Slack Community: Post in the Feedspace Slack community where the team and other users can discuss your feedback openly.
In-App Chat: Use the support chat bubble to share feedback alongside a specific support question.
Feature Requests: If your feedback is specifically about a missing feature, use the Request a Feature option from the same info menu to submit it through the dedicated channel.
