How Many Labels Can I Create in Feedspace?

No Hard Limit on Labels

There is no hard limit on the number of labels you can create in Feedspace. You can create as many labels as your workflow requires.

Labels Are Workspace-Scoped

Labels are tied to the workspace in which they are created. A label created in one workspace is not visible or available in any other workspace. If you manage multiple workspaces, you will need to create labels separately in each one.

Multiple Labels per Review

You can assign more than one label to a single review at the same time. This lets you categorise a review under multiple topics, products, or use cases simultaneously, making it easier to find in filtered views.

Best Practices for Naming Labels

Keep label names short and specific so they are easy to scan and apply quickly:

• Homepage: for reviews you want to feature on your main site
• Product A: for reviews tied to a specific product line
• Video: for video testimonials you want to group together
• Case Study: for detailed reviews suitable for longer-form content

How Labels Are Used

• Filter in Feedbox: Use the label filter to narrow your review list to a specific label, making it easy to find reviews you need.
• Curate widgets: When building a widget, filter by label to include only the reviews tagged with a particular label so your widgets show the most relevant content.

Where to Manage Labels

• Settings then Labels tab: Go to Settings in your workspace sidebar and click the Labels tab to create, rename, or delete labels.
• Feedbox label icon: Click the label icon on any review card in Feedbox to apply or remove labels directly without leaving the review list.

What Happens When You Delete a Label

Deleting a label removes it from your workspace and from every review it was applied to. This action cannot be undone, so check the usage count shown in the Labels table before confirming deletion.
