If you have noticed a small Feedspace badge on your widget, you are in the right place. This badge appears by default on all Feedspace widgets and is completely expected behaviour. About the Feedspace Badge

All Feedspace widgets include a small “Powered by Feedspace” badge by default. This badge is simply a way for Feedspace to be visible to your visitors, and it does not interfere with your widget’s functionality or the testimonials it displays.

The good news is that removing the badge is straightforward. Feedspace gives you full control over your branding through the Feedspace Branding toggle, a premium feature available on eligible paid plans.

How to Remove the Badge

Follow these steps to turn off the Feedspace badge on your widget:

Open your Feedspace dashboard and navigate to the Widgets section.
Select the widget you want to edit and open its settings.
Go to the Design tab, then scroll to the Branding section.
Locate the Feedspace Branding toggle. You will see a lightning bolt icon next to it, indicating it is a premium feature.
Turn the toggle off to remove the badge from your widget instantly.

Which Plans Include Badge Removal

The Feedspace Branding toggle is available on eligible paid plans that include white-label and advanced branding features. If the toggle appears greyed out or locked, your current plan does not include this feature. Upgrading to a higher-tier paid plan will unlock it and give you full control over the badge, along with other powerful customisation options.
