Step 1 – Log in to Feedspace

Head to your Feedspace account and open the workspace where you want to collect responses.

Step 2 – Create or Edit a Review Form

Go to Forms, add your title and description, and select whether to accept Text, Video, or Audio submissions.

Step 3 – Save Your Form

Click Save to generate a shareable link.

Click on share icon to copy the form link

Step 4 – Share on Slack
