How Do I Connect My Feedspace Account to WordPress?

Overview

Connecting your Feedspace account to WordPress is done using a Widget ID. Once you paste that ID into the Feedspace plugin settings, any page using the Feedspace block or shortcode will display your chosen widget automatically.

Step 1: Find your widget ID in Feedspace

1. Log in to your Feedspace account.
2. In the left sidebar, click Widgets.
3. On the widget card you want to embed, click the Embed icon (the code icon on the card). The widget editor opens directly on the Share tab.
4. The HTML/WordPress tab is selected by default. In the WordPress plugin install box, copy your Widget ID from the copy input field.

Step 2: Paste the widget ID into the WordPress plugin

1. Go to your WordPress admin dashboard.
2. In the left sidebar, click Feedspace to open the plugin settings.
3. Find the Widget ID field and paste the Widget ID you copied from Feedspace.
4. Click Save to apply the setting.

Step 3: Display the widget on your pages

Once the Widget ID is saved, you can show the widget on any page or post using one of these two methods:

• Gutenberg block: In the WordPress block editor, add the Feedspace Widget block to the page. It will automatically use the Widget ID you saved in the plugin settings.
• Shortcode: Insert [feedspace_widgets] into any post, page, or widget area. The plugin will render the widget using the saved ID.

Your Feedspace widget will now appear on any page where the block or shortcode is placed, displaying your customer testimonials and reviews without any additional configuration.
