How Do I Display Reviews.io Reviews on My WordPress Site with Feedspace?

If your business has been collecting reviews on Reviews.io and you are switching your review management to Feedspace, you do not need to lose the social proof you have already built. By importing your Reviews.io reviews into Feedspace first, your migrated testimonials keep all original content intact, including reviewer names, star ratings, and review text. Once imported, you can display those reviews directly on your WordPress site using Feedspace widgets, replacing any Reviews.io widgets you previously relied on.

What you need before you start

• A Feedspace account with at least one form set up
• Your Reviews.io reviews exported or ready to import into Feedspace
• A WordPress site where you want to display the reviews
• The Feedspace WordPress plugin installed on your site

Step 1: Import your Reviews.io reviews into Feedspace

Before you can display your reviews on WordPress, you need to migrate them into Feedspace. Follow the Reviews.io import guide to bring your existing reviews into your Feedspace form.

1. Log in to your Feedspace account.
2. Click Import in the left sidebar.
3. Paste your Reviews.io company profile URL into the input field. Feedspace detects the platform automatically.
4. Click Fetch Reviews, select the reviews you want to import, then click Import Review in the footer.

Step 2: Create a widget in Feedspace

With your migrated testimonials now inside Feedspace, create a widget to display them on your WordPress site.

2. In the Gutenberg editor, add a Feedspace Widget block to the location where you want the reviews to appear.
