How to Import Reviews from Alibaba into Feedspace

Overview

Feedspace allows you to import product reviews from Alibaba to help showcase authentic customer feedback on your website. By integrating reviews from Alibaba, you can build trust and improve the credibility of your product listings or brand profile.

Step 1 – Open Import Reviews in Feedspace

1. Log in to your Feedspace account.
2. Go to the Import Reviews section in the left-hand sidebar.
3. Select Alibaba Product from the list of available sources.

Step 2 – Enter Your Alibaba Product Link

1. Visit your product page on Alibaba.
2. Copy the full product link (for example, https://www.alibaba.com/product-detail/JW62-2-4GHz-20m-Lapel-Microphone_1601009703520.html).
3. Paste the URL into the field under Request to import reviews from Alibaba.
4. Click Request to submit your import request.

Step 3 – Review Import Process

1. Feedspace’s engineering team will collect your Alibaba product reviews within 48 hours.
2. Once completed, you will receive an email notification when your reviews are ready to view.

Step 4 – Manage and Display Reviews

After your reviews are imported:

• Go to your Feedspace dashboard to view and manage them.
• Choose which reviews to publish.
• Use them to create a Wall of Love or embed them on your product or brand website.
