How to Import Reviews from ConsumerAffairs into Feedspace

Overview

Feedspace makes it easy to collect and display customer feedback from ConsumerAffairs on your website or Wall of Love. You can submit your ConsumerAffairs review page link, and Feedspace will automatically fetch your reviews for you.

Step 1 – Open Import Reviews in Feedspace

  1. Log in to your Feedspace account.
  2. From the left sidebar, go to Import Reviews.
  3. Under Other Platforms, select ConsumerAffairs.

Step 2 – Enter Your ConsumerAffairs Review Link

  1. Go to your ConsumerAffairs review or business profile page.
    Example: https://www.consumeraffairs.com/auto_warranty/endurance-warranty.html?#reviews
  2. Copy the URL and paste it into the input box on Feedspace.
  3. Click the Request button.

Step 3 – Review Scraping

  1. The Feedspace engineering team will scrape your ConsumerAffairs reviews within 48 hours.
  2. You will receive an email notification once your reviews are ready to view.

Step 4 – Use Your Imported Reviews

After the reviews are imported, you can:

  • View and manage them in your Feedbox.
  • Create a Wall of Love to showcase authentic testimonials.
  • Embed reviews on your website using Feedspace widgets.
