How to Import Reviews from Expedia into Feedspace

Overview

Feedspace allows you to import guest reviews directly from Expedia: one of the world’s leading travel and hotel booking platforms. This helps hospitality businesses collect, organize, and display authentic customer feedback on their website or Wall of Love to boost credibility and trust.

Step 1: Open import in Feedspace

1. Log in to your Feedspace account.
2. Click Import in the left sidebar.

Step 2: Enter your Expedia review link

1. Visit your hotel or property page on Expedia.
   Example: https://www.expedia.com/Meadview-Hotels-Grand-Canyon-Western-Ranch.h2592457.Hotel-Information
2. Copy the full URL of your Expedia page.
3. Paste it into the input field on Feedspace. Feedspace detects the platform automatically.
4. Click Fetch Reviews.

Step 3: Select and import reviews

1. Select the reviews you want to import from the fetched list.
2. Click Import Review in the footer to save them to your account.

Step 4: Display imported reviews

Once reviews are successfully imported, you can:

• Add them to your Feedbox.
• Create a Wall of Love on your website.
• Embed them using Feedspace widgets to showcase customer satisfaction.
