How to Import Reviews from Foursquare into Feedspace

Overview

Feedspace allows you to import customer reviews from Foursquare, a popular platform for discovering local businesses and restaurants. By importing your Foursquare reviews, you can showcase authentic feedback from customers directly on your website or Wall of Love, helping to build trust and attract more visitors.

Step 1 – Open Import Reviews in Feedspace

1. Log in to your Feedspace account.
2. From the sidebar menu, click Import Reviews.
3. Under the Other Platforms list, select Foursquare.

Step 2 – Enter Your Foursquare Link

1. Visit your business profile on Foursquare.
   Example: https://foursquare.com/v/your-business-name/4b0588f2f964a52047a122e3
2. Copy the full URL of your business’s Foursquare page.
3. Paste it into the input field inside Feedspace.
4. Click the Request button.

Step 3 – Review Import Process

1. Feedspace’s engineering team will scrape your Foursquare reviews within 48 hours.
2. Once reviews are available, you’ll receive an email notification confirming they’re ready to view in your Feedspace dashboard.

Step 4 – Use Your Imported Reviews

After your reviews are imported:

• View and manage them in your Feedspace account.
• Add them to your Wall of Love.
• Embed them on your business website or landing pages to highlight real customer experiences.
