How to Import Reviews from Google Business into Feedspace

Feedspace allows you to import reviews directly from your Google Business Profile (GMB) so you can manage them in one place and showcase them on your website via widgets or a Wall of Love. You can import reviews by simply entering your business name or pasting your Google Maps link for accurate results.

Whether you’re a local business, service provider, or online retailer, showcasing Google Business reviews on your website can build trust and improve customer engagement.

Steps to import reviews from Google Business

Step 1: Log into Feedspace

To begin, log into your Feedspace account using your email and OTP. This ensures secure access to your account for the review import process.

Step 2: Navigate to the import page

In the left sidebar, click Import to start the review import process, then open the Automated Import tab.

Step 3: Search for your business

• In the URL input, enter your business name, then click Search Business.
• Alternatively, paste your Google Maps link for more accurate results.
• Choose your business from the list of matching results that appears.
• Click Fetch Reviews to pull in the reviews for that business.

Step 4: Select and import reviews

Select the reviews you want to keep by clicking each one, or use Select All. If more reviews are available, click Load More below the list to pull in the next set. Then click Import Review in the footer bar to import the selected reviews from your Google Business listing into your Feedspace account.

If your business is not found

If searching by name does not show your listing, paste your Google Business profile or Google Maps link into the URL input instead. The link points Feedspace straight to the correct listing, which is more reliable than a name search when several businesses share a similar name.

Make sure your Google Business Profile is published and publicly visible. A listing that is unpublished or still under review will not appear in the search results. If you have confirmed the listing is public and pasted the exact Maps link but Feedspace still cannot find it, email support@feedspace.io with the profile URL and the team will look into it.

Can I import reviews from more than one Google location?

Yes. The import runs one business at a time, so repeat the search and import flow for each location you want to bring in. Every imported review lands in the same workspace, where you can manage them together.

How do I keep new Google reviews syncing automatically?

On the import screen, after fetching reviews, click Set Auto Sync in the banner above the review list to keep new reviews flowing in. Auto-sync is part of the paid plans, so if your current plan does not include it, an upgrade prompt appears when you try to turn it on.

My import seems stuck or did not bring in every review. What should I do?

Large listings are paginated, so use Load More to reveal additional reviews before importing. If an import still looks incomplete or appears to stall, email support@feedspace.io with your Google Business URL so the team can check it for you.
