How to Import Reviews from G2 into Feedspace

Overview

Feedspace makes it easy to import your G2 reviews directly using the Feedspace Chrome Extension.
This allows you to bring your authentic customer reviews from G2 into your Feedspace account to display them on your Wall of Love, widgets, or other pages seamlessly.

Step 1 – Install Feedspace Chrome Extension

• Click on the Get Chrome Extension button in the Import section.
• You will be redirected to the Chrome Web Store where you can install the official Feedspace Chrome Extension.

Once installed, you’ll see the Feedspace icon appear in your Chrome browser toolbar.

Step 2 – Navigate to G2 and Find Reviews

• Open a new tab and go to the G2 website.
• Navigate to your business or product profile page where your customer reviews are displayed.

Step 3 – Right-Click on a Review

• Locate the review you want to import.
• Right-click anywhere on the review content, and you’ll see an option in the context menu labeled “Import to Feedspace.”
• Click on it — this will send the review information to the Feedspace Chrome Extension.

Step 4 – Review and Edit in Chrome Extension

Click on the Feedspace Chrome Extension icon in your browser.
The review information you selected will appear inside the extension window.

You can review and edit details such as:

• Reviewer name
• Designation or company
• Review text
• Profile picture (if available)

Make any adjustments you want before importing.

Step 5 – Click on “Import Review”

• Once you’ve finalized the details, click the Import Review button within the Chrome Extension.
• The selected G2 review will automatically be added to your Feedspace account under the Feedbox section.

Step 6 – Add to Wall of Love or Widget

Now that your review is imported, you can display it on:

• Your Wall of Love page
• Any Feedspace Widget on your website
• Other custom sections or campaigns
