How to Import Reviews from GreatSchools into Feedspace

Overview

Feedspace allows you to import school reviews from GreatSchools, a trusted platform for parent and community ratings on educational institutions. This integration helps schools, education consultants, or community organizations display authentic feedback directly on their websites or Walls of Love to build credibility and trust.

Step 1 – Open Import Reviews in Feedspace

1. Log in to your Feedspace account.
2. From the sidebar, go to Import Reviews.
3. In the Other Platforms list, select GreatSchools.

Step 2 – Enter Your GreatSchools Link

1. Open your school’s page on GreatSchools.
   Example: https://www.greatschools.org/new-york/irvington/6465-Dows-Lane-K-3-School/reviews/
2. Copy the full URL of your school’s review page.
3. Paste the link in the input field on the Feedspace page.
4. Click the Request button.

Step 3 – Review Import Process

1. Feedspace’s engineering team will scrape the reviews within 48 hours.
2. You’ll receive an email once your reviews are successfully imported into your account.

Step 4 – Use and Display Reviews

After your reviews are available, you can:

• View and manage them in your Feedspace dashboard.
• Add them to your Wall of Love.
• Embed them on your school’s website or profile to highlight genuine parent and community feedback.

Step 5 – Support

If you need help during the process, use the chat bubble at the bottom-right corner of your Feedspace dashboard to contact the support team.
