How to Import Reviews from Lazada into Feedspace

Overview

Feedspace enables businesses to showcase customer feedback by importing reviews from Lazada. Lazada is Southeast Asia’s leading e-commerce platform owned by Alibaba, where sellers receive verified purchase reviews. By integrating Lazada reviews into your Feedspace dashboard through a manual import request, you can display authentic customer experiences on your website and build credibility.

Step 1 – Open Import Reviews in Feedspace

1. Log in to your Feedspace account.
2. From the left sidebar, go to the Import Reviews section.

Step 2 – Submit Your Lazada Import Request

1. Navigate to the Lazada product listing page you want to import reviews from (e.g., lazada.com/products/your-product.html).
2. Copy the URL from your browser’s address bar.
3. Paste the URL into the search field in Feedspace.
4. Click the Request Import button to submit your request.

Step 3 – Review Import Process

1. Once you submit the request, Feedspace’s engineering team will import your Lazada reviews within 48 hours.
2. You’ll receive an email notification when your reviews are available to view in your account.

Step 4 – Manage and Publish Reviews

After reviews are imported successfully:

• Check and organize them in your Feedspace dashboard.
• Select which reviews you want to feature publicly.
• Use them to create a Wall of Love or embed them on your website to build powerful social proof.
