How to Import Reviews from RateMDs into Feedspace

Overview

Feedspace allows healthcare professionals and clinics to import reviews from RateMDs — one of the leading platforms for patient feedback on doctors and medical services. By displaying RateMDs reviews on your website, you can build trust and credibility with potential patients using authentic testimonials.

Step 1 – Open Import Reviews in Feedspace

1. Log in to your Feedspace account.
2. Go to the Import Reviews section from the left sidebar.
3. Select RateMDs from the list of review sources.

Step 2 – Enter Your RateMDs Review Link

1. Visit your public profile page on RateMDs.
   Example: https://www.ratemds.com/doctor-ratings/4019586/Dr-Madhusudan-Asawa-Pune-MH.html
2. Copy the full URL of your page.
3. Paste it into the RateMDs input field on the Feedspace import page.
4. Click on the Request button to begin the review import process.

Step 3 – Review Import Process

1. Feedspace’s engineering team will scrape reviews from RateMDs within 48 hours.
2. You will receive an email notification once the reviews are available in your Feedspace account.

Step 4 – Manage and Publish Reviews

Once reviews are imported:

• Review and organize them in your Feedspace dashboard.
• Choose which testimonials to display publicly.
• Use them to create a Wall of Love or embed the reviews directly on your clinic’s website.

Step 5 – Support Assistance

If you need help or face any issue during the import, click the chat bubble at the bottom-right corner of your Feedspace dashboard to connect with support.
