Steps to Import Reviews from Trustpilot
Step 1 – Log into Feedspace
Access your Feedspace account using your email and OTP to start managing your review content.
Step 2 – Select Workspace
Choose the workspace where you want your Trustpilot reviews to appear. Workspaces help you organize reviews for different brands, products, or pages.
Step 3 – Navigate to the Feedbox Page
From your dashboard, go to the Feedbox section in the left sidebar. This is where you will add Trustpilot as a review source.
Step 4 – Choose Trustpilot as Review Source
Click on the Trustpilot option to start importing reviews. Feedspace allows you to:
- Automatically fetch reviews from Trustpilot via business URL
- Organize reviews according to relevance or date
Step 5 – Select Import Options
While importing, you can select how you want your reviews to appear:
- Most Recent – Display the latest feedback from your customers

Step 6 – Complete Import
