How to Import Reviews from Zocdoc into Feedspace

Overview

Feedspace enables healthcare professionals and medical practices to import verified patient reviews from Zocdoc. This allows you to display authentic patient experiences on your website and boost trust among potential clients. By integrating Zocdoc reviews, you can highlight the quality of your care and strengthen your online presence.

Step 1 – Open Import Reviews in Feedspace

1. Log in to your Feedspace account.
2. From the left-hand menu, click Import Reviews.
3. Select Zocdoc from the list of available review sources.

Step 2 – Enter Your Zocdoc Review Link

1. Go to your Zocdoc doctor profile page.
2. Copy the full URL of your profile containing the reviews (for example, https://www.zocdoc.com/doctor/cheryl-mcghie-fnp-332698).
3. Paste this link into the input field under Request to import reviews from Zocdoc.
4. Click the Request button to submit your review import request.

Step 3 – Review Import Process

1. Feedspace’s engineering team will collect your Zocdoc reviews within 48 hours.
2. You will receive an email once the imported reviews are available in your account.

Step 4 – Manage and Display Reviews

Once your reviews have been imported:

• Open your Feedspace dashboard to view all imported reviews.
• Select the reviews you want to display.
• Use them to create a Wall of Love or embed them on your website to showcase verified patient feedback.
