Here’s a step-by-step guide to importing YouTube comments into Feedspace.

Steps to Import Reviews from YouTube

Step 1 – Log into Feedspace

Sign in to your Feedspace account using your email and OTP to access your workspace.

Step 2 – Select Workspace

Select the workspace where you want the YouTube comments to appear. This helps organize comments according to the relevant video or campaign.

Step 3 – Navigate to the Import Page

Next, Click on Import in the left sidebar to start the review import process.

Step 4 – Choose YouTube Import Option

Select YouTube as your import source. This will enable Feedspace to retrieve comments for the URL you provide.

Step 5 – Set Comment Import Preferences

Before importing, choose how you want the comments to be sorted:

• Top Comment – Import comments that have received the most likes or engagement.
• Newest First – Display the most recent comments first.

These options let you control which comments are prioritized on your website.

Step 6 – Add the Valid YouTube Video Link

Copy the URL of the YouTube video whose comments you want to import and paste it into the text box in Feedspace.

Step 7 – Import YouTube Comments

After setting the link and preferences, click Import Comments. Feedspace will fetch all selected comments and display them in your chosen workspace.

Once imported, you can showcase the YouTube comments using the Wall of Love feature. This allows you to customize the display layout, colors, and style to match your website’s design while highlighting genuine user interactions.
