How to Show Only 1, 2, or 3 Star Reviews in Feedspace

Overview

If you want to identify and respond to your lowest-rated reviews, the 1, 2, 3 Stars filter in Feedbox shows you only reviews with a star rating of 3 or below so you can take action.

Steps

1. Open Feedbox from the sidebar under Manage.
2. Click the Filter icon (sliders icon) at the top right of the Reviews list.
3. Under Star Rating, click 1, 2, 3 Stars.

4. Click Apply.
5. The list now shows only reviews with a star rating of 1, 2, or 3.
6. To remove the filter, click Clear and then Apply.

Tips

• Use this filter to proactively manage your reputation by addressing lower-rated feedback first.
• Combine with a platform filter to check if low ratings come from a specific source like Google.
• Not all reviews have star ratings those without ratings will not appear in this filtered view.
