A Feedspace review form is only effective when customers actually see it. This guide covers every way to get your form in front of customers, from a simple direct link to automated sequences and website embeds, so you can choose the method that fits your workflow.
What You Can Do
- Reach customers wherever they are: email, social media, WhatsApp, website, or in person
- Share a direct link, QR code, or embedded form with no technical setup required
- Automate review requests so customers receive the form at exactly the right moment
- Increase responses by meeting customers on the channel they already use every day
Method 1: Direct Link
The simplest method. Copy the form’s direct link from the form card or the share icon and paste it anywhere: an email, a WhatsApp message, a Slack message, a LinkedIn DM, or a link in your bio. The form opens in any browser, no app needed for the reviewer.
Method 2: Email
Send the form link directly to customers by email. This works for individual outreach (a personal email to a recent client) or bulk outreach (adding the link to a post-purchase email campaign). For automated email follow-ups, use the Feedspace Automation tab to send the link on a schedule without manual effort.
Method 3: QR Code
Generate a QR code for your form in one click from the form card. Print it on business cards, packaging, invoices, banners, or show it on a screen at events. Anyone who scans it opens the form instantly on their phone.
Method 4: Social Media
Share the form link in a post, story, or bio across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, or any platform. A post that asks for reviews works especially well right after a product launch, a successful event, or a public milestone. Combine it with a short explanation of what you are asking and why it matters.
Method 5: Embed on Your Website
Use the Embed option from the form card to get an embed code and place the form directly on a page of your website, a dedicated “Share Your Experience” page, a product page, or a post-purchase page. Visitors can submit without leaving your site.
Method 6: Email Signature
Add the form link to your email signature as a small text link: “Share your experience →”. Every email you send becomes a passive review request. This works particularly well for service businesses with regular client communication.
Method 7: Automation (Set and Forget)
Use the Feedspace Automation tab to add customers and let Feedspace send the form link automatically via a timed email sequence. Connect via webhook or Zapier to trigger requests automatically from your CRM, e-commerce platform, or app whenever a customer event occurs.
Choosing the Right Method
- One-on-one service: Personal email or WhatsApp message with the direct link
- E-commerce: Post-purchase email + automation sequence
- In-person business: QR code on packaging, receipt, or counter display
- SaaS or app: In-app trigger via webhook or Zapier
- Content creator: Link in bio, stories, or post caption
