How to Share Form Link via Email

Overview

Feedspace makes it easy to share audio, video, and text forms across your network. You can easily collect reviews by sharing your review form via email. Customize the subject line and message, then send a professional-looking invitation that directs recipients straight to your feedback form.

Step 1 – Log into Feedspace

Start by logging into your Feedspace account.

Step 2 – Select Your Workspace

Choose the workspace from which you want to share the form.

Step 3 – Navigate to the Forms Section

From the left panel, click on Forms, then click the Share option.

Step 4 – Share Your Form Link

Clicking the share button will give you a Copy Link option. Copy this link to share with your customers.

Step 5 – Share Form via Email

Select Send Email from the sharing options. A pre-drafted email template will appear with subject and body text.

• It includes a direct link to your Feedspace form
• You can customize the subject line and message before sending.
• Copy the email content using the Copy button and paste it into your preferred email service (e.g., Gmail, Outlook).
