Overview
The Review Badge shows a row of trust cards, one for each review platform you sync with Feedspace. Every card carries that platform’s logo, star rating, and review count, so a visitor sees your standing across several places at once instead of one number from one site.
Buyers who compare tend to check more than one review site before deciding. If you are rated well on three platforms, a Review Badge puts all three in the section where you make your case, and a reader gets the full answer without leaving the page to go looking.
Before you start
Each card comes from an import platform with Auto-Sync turned on. Set up the platforms you want on the badge first, otherwise the Review Source tab shows a Setup Auto-Sync button in place of the list. See how to set up Auto-Sync.
Steps to create a Review Badge
Step 1: Open the template
Log in to your Feedspace dashboard and click Widgets in the left sidebar. Click the Review Badge card in the template strip. The editor opens full screen on the Review Source tab.
Step 2: Tick every platform you want a card for
Under Select Review Sources, tick each synced platform you want on the badge. This is where the widget earns its name: one card is added per source you select. Each row in the list shows the platform logo, its domain, the star rating, and the review count, so you can see what each card will carry before you pick it.
Step 3: Set the size and placement
Click Save and Next to move to the Design tab. Under Badge Layout Customization, use Badge Position on Page to align the row Left, Center, or Right within the section you embed it in, and Badge Size to set the cards to Small, Default, or Large.
Step 4: Decide what each card shows
Under Content Customization, turn on Show Label to add a trust label and type the wording you want. You do not need to name the platforms yourself, as each card adds its own platform name automatically. Show Platform Logo, Show Number of Reviews, and Show Reviews on Click control the rest of the card contents.
Step 5: Style the cards
Under Badge Color Customization, switch on Enable dark mode for a dark palette, or open Badge Custom Colors to set the card background and text colours to match the section around them. Show Border and Show Shadow control the card outline, with a shadow size of Small, Medium, or Large.
Step 6: Embed the row on your page
Click Save and Next to open the Share tab and click Copy code for your framework. Paste it into the part of the page where the cards should appear, such as your pricing section or just above a signup form, since the row sits inline with your content rather than floating over it.
What’s next
Drop the code wherever the proof does the most work, then check it on a phone to confirm the row wraps the way you want. For per-framework instructions and the WordPress plugin route, see how to embed reviews using Feedspace widgets.
Common questions
How many platforms can I put on one badge?
Every platform with Auto-Sync turned on appears in the list, and you can tick as many as you want. Each one you tick adds a card to the row.
Do I have to type each platform name into the label?
No. The label you type is shared across the cards, and each card adds its own platform name automatically.
Why is a platform missing from the list?
Only platforms with Auto-Sync switched on can be selected. Click Setup Auto-Sync, turn it on for that platform, then return to the tab and it appears.
Can I change which platforms are on the badge later?
Yes. Open the widget from the Widgets page, go back to Review Source, and change which platforms are ticked. The embed code stays the same, so you do not need to touch your site again.
