How to Set Up Auto Sync

Overview

Auto Import in Feedspace allows you to automatically fetch new reviews from supported platforms. Once activated, Feedspace will automatically import new reviews every day — keeping your reviews up to date without any manual effort.

Step 1 – Go to Import Reviews

Log in to your Feedspace account.
From the left sidebar, click Import. You’ll land on the Automated Import tab by default.

Step 2 – Search for Your Business or Enter a URL

Under Import from Web, enter your business name or paste a direct review URL in the search bar.
For example:
- Google Reviews: Search for your business name (e.g., “Feedspace”) and select it from the results to fetch your Google Business reviews.
- Trustpilot: Paste your Trustpilot review page URL (e.g., https://www.trustpilot.com/review/feedspace.io)
A Fetch Reviews button will appear — click it to pull reviews from the platform.

Step 3 – Setup Auto Import First

Once reviews are fetched, you’ll see a highlighted banner at the top of the results.
Click the Setup Auto Import button before importing any individual reviews. This ensures new reviews from this platform are automatically synced going forward.

Step 4 – Configure Auto-Import Settings

A Setup Auto-Import dialog will appear with two optional settings:
- Auto-Tag Imported Reviews — Automatically tag imported reviews with selected labels. Use the Manage Label dropdown to choose or create labels.
- Auto Translate — Select your preferred language to automatically translate imported reviews.
Once configured, click the Setup Auto-Import button to confirm.

Step 5 – Import Existing Reviews (Optional)

After setting up Auto Import, you can also manually import existing reviews that were already on the platform:
- Select individual reviews using the checkboxes, or use Select All
- Click Import Review at the bottom to import the selected reviews

Step 6 – Manage Automated Imports

Under the Automated Imports section, you can manage each connected platform:
- Turn Auto Import on or off for a specific platform
- Remove the automated import entirely

How Auto Import Works

Once activated, Feedspace checks the connected platform daily
Any new reviews published on that platform are automatically added to your Feedspace account
You can still manually import reviews anytime using the search bar at the top
Imported reviews appear directly in your Feedbox
