The Avatar Card Carousel widget in Feedspace combines a sliding carousel format with avatar-focused cards that place the reviewer identity directly alongside their testimonial. Because each card displays the reviewer’s name, photo, and message as a unit, the reviews you choose matter more here than in any generic grid or list layout. Selecting reviews from named, recognisable customers makes every carousel card more credible and immediately shows visitors that real people stand behind your product.
The Select Reviews tab inside the widget editor gives you two ways to control which reviews appear: tick individual checkboxes to hand-pick exactly the reviews you want, or use the Select All button to include every review in one click. This article walks you through both approaches so your Avatar Card Carousel surfaces the most impactful testimonials.
Log in to Feedspace and navigate to the Widgets section from the main sidebar. Locate your Avatar Card Carousel widget in the list and click on it to open the widget editor.
Inside the widget editor, click the Select Reviews tab. This tab displays all the reviews available to include in your carousel. Each review is shown with the reviewer’s name and avatar, so you can immediately judge how each entry will look on the finished carousel card.
To hand-pick specific reviews, tick the checkbox beside each review you want to include. You can select as many or as few as you need. Prioritise reviews from identifiable customers, as the Avatar Card Carousel layout highlights the reviewer identity on every card, making named testimonials significantly more persuasive to visitors.
If you want to include all available reviews in your carousel, click the Select All button at the top of the Select Reviews tab. All checkboxes will become ticked at once. You can then uncheck any individual reviews you prefer to exclude, giving you a fast starting point when most of your reviews are suitable for display.
Once you are happy with your selection, click Save to apply the changes. Your Avatar Card Carousel widget will now display only the reviews you selected, each rendered as an avatar-focused card in the sliding carousel.
