The Avatar Card Carousel widget in Feedspace combines a sliding carousel format with avatar-focused cards that place the reviewer’s identity alongside their testimonial. Because each card prominently displays the reviewer’s name, avatar, and star rating, the quality of the reviews you select has a direct visual impact on your carousel’s credibility.
The Select Reviews tab inside the Avatar Card Carousel widget editor includes a search input and a filter panel that let you narrow down your full review library before choosing which reviews to include. You can filter by review type, source platform, star rating, sentiment, and labels, making it straightforward to find reviews that pair a recognisable reviewer identity with a strong rating — exactly what the Avatar Card Carousel card layout is designed to showcase.
Log in to Feedspace and navigate to the Widgets section from the left sidebar. Locate your Avatar Card Carousel widget in the list and click the edit icon to open the widget editor.
Inside the widget editor, click the Select Reviews tab. This tab displays your full review library and is where you use the search input and filter panel to find the reviews you want to include in your carousel.
At the top of the Select Reviews tab, type a keyword into the search input field. Feedspace matches your query against the review text and reviewer name, so you can quickly locate specific testimonials or reviews that mention a particular product, feature, or topic.
Click the Filter button next to the search input to expand the filter panel. The panel gives you five filter dimensions to narrow your review library:
Select the filter values that match the reviews you want to include. For example, set the star rating filter to five stars and the sentiment filter to positive to surface the strongest testimonials in your library. Because the Avatar Card Carousel card design features the reviewer name and rating prominently, combining the star rating filter with a keyword search for reviews that mention the reviewer by name helps you build a carousel that immediately establishes trust.
Once your filters are applied, the review list updates to show only the matching reviews. Browse the filtered results and select the reviews you want to add to your Avatar Card Carousel. You can combine search and filters at the same time to get the most precise results before making your selection.
After selecting the reviews that meet your criteria, click Save to apply your selection to the Avatar Card Carousel widget. Your carousel will now display only the curated reviews that passed your search and filter criteria.
