The Avatar Card Carousel widget slides through a series of reviewer cards, each combining a circular avatar, the reviewer’s name, and their testimonial text. Because cards are compact and scroll past quickly, visitors need instant visual cues to judge credibility. The Show Social Platform Icon toggle, found in the Widget Content Customization section of the Design tab, places the recognizable logo of the originating platform (Google, Trustpilot, Facebook, and others) directly on each card. This lets visitors identify the review source at a glance without reading any additional text.
Enabling this toggle also unlocks a nested Social Redirection toggle. When Social Redirection is on, the platform icon becomes a clickable link that takes visitors to the original review on that platform, adding a layer of verifiable proof to every card in the carousel.
Log in to your Feedspace account and navigate to the Widgets section from the left-hand sidebar.
Locate your Avatar Card Carousel widget in the list and click the Edit button (pencil icon) next to it to open the widget editor.
Inside the widget editor, click the Design tab at the top of the panel. This tab contains all visual and layout customization options for your Avatar Card Carousel.
Scroll down within the Design tab until you reach the Widget Content Customization section. This section groups all toggles that control which content elements appear on each card in the carousel.
Toggle on Show Social Platform Icon. The platform logo (Google, Trustpilot, Facebook, or whichever source the review came from) will now appear on each card as visitors scroll through the Avatar Card Carousel.
Once the Show Social Platform Icon toggle is on, a nested Social Redirection toggle appears beneath it. Enable Social Redirection if you want the platform icon on each card to be a clickable link that sends visitors to the original review on the source platform. Leave it off if you want the icon to appear as a non-clickable badge. When you are satisfied with your settings, click Save to apply the changes to your widget.
