The Avatar Card Carousel widget displays your reviews as a set of sliding cards, each featuring a reviewer’s avatar, their name, and their testimonial text. The Show Review Ratings toggle in the Widget Content Customization section controls whether star ratings appear on each of those cards as they cycle through the carousel.
When the toggle is turned on, a star rating row is rendered on every card alongside the reviewer’s avatar and text, giving visitors an immediate visual signal of how strongly each reviewer felt about your product or service. When the toggle is turned off, the card layout shows only the review text and reviewer information, producing a cleaner, more text-focused presentation that works well when your reviews are uniformly positive and you want the words to carry the weight.
Because the Avatar Card Carousel is a sliding format, each card has limited vertical space. Choosing whether to include star ratings affects how compact or expressive each card looks as it transitions, so this setting lets you tune the balance between social proof signals and readability for your specific use case.
Log in to your Feedspace account and navigate to the Widgets section from the left-hand sidebar.
Find your Avatar Card Carousel widget in the list. Click the Edit button (or the pencil icon) next to it to open the widget editor.
Inside the widget editor, click the Design tab at the top of the configuration panel to access the visual and content customization options for the widget.
Scroll down within the Design tab until you reach the Widget Content Customization section. This section contains display toggles that control which elements appear on each review card in the carousel.
Find the Show Review Ratings toggle within the Widget Content Customization section. Click the toggle to turn it on or off:
Once you have set the toggle to your preferred state, click the Save or Publish button to apply the changes. Your Avatar Card Carousel widget will now reflect the updated star rating display setting wherever it is embedded.
