The Carousel widget displays your reviews one card at a time in a horizontal sliding format, making each review the centre of attention as visitors move through them. Showing the social platform icon on each card immediately tells visitors where the review came from, whether that is Google, Trustpilot, Facebook, or another source. This source attribution makes your reviews more credible because visitors can see they were collected from real, independent platforms rather than self-reported.
Feedspace gives you a nested Social Redirection toggle alongside the icon display option. When enabled, clicking the platform icon takes the visitor directly to the original review on that platform, adding an extra layer of trust to each card in your Carousel.
Log in to your Feedspace account and click Widgets in the left sidebar. Find your Carousel widget in the list and click Edit to open the widget editor.
Inside the widget editor, click the Design tab at the top of the settings panel. This tab contains all visual and content display options for your Carousel widget.
Scroll down within the Design tab to the Widget Content Customization section. This section contains toggles that control which review details appear on each card in the Carousel.
Locate the Show Social Platform Icon toggle and turn it on. The platform icon for each review, such as the Google logo or the Trustpilot logo, will now appear on every card in your Carousel. The preview on the right updates immediately so you can see how the icon looks in context with the rest of the card layout.
After enabling the icon, a nested Social Redirection toggle appears. Turn this on if you want visitors to be able to click the platform icon and be taken directly to the original review on that platform. This is a strong trust signal because it shows the review exists publicly on an independent platform. If you prefer the icon to be decorative only, leave Social Redirection off.
Click Save to apply the changes. Your Carousel widget will now show the social platform icon on each review card wherever it is embedded.
