The Horizontal Scroll widget displays your review cards in a continuously looping ticker that moves across the page, giving visitors a fast, eye-catching stream of social proof. Because each card passes by quickly, the source of a review needs to be immediately recognisable. The Show Social Platform Icon toggle in the Widget Content Customization section places the logo of the originating platform, such as Google, Trustpilot, or Facebook, directly on each scrolling card so visitors can see at a glance where the review came from.
When you also enable the nested Social Redirection toggle, that icon becomes a clickable link. Visitors who want to verify a review can click the logo while the ticker is in motion and go straight to the original review on the source platform. This combination of visible branding and direct verification links makes your Horizontal Scroll widget more credible and transparent.
Log in to your Feedspace account and navigate to the Widgets section from the main sidebar.
Find your Horizontal Scroll widget in the list and click the edit icon to open the widget editor.
Inside the widget editor, click the Design tab at the top of the panel to open the design and content customization settings.
Scroll down within the Design tab until you reach the Widget Content Customization section. This section contains toggles that control which elements appear on each scrolling review card.
Toggle on Show Social Platform Icon. The platform logo for each review source, for example the Google “G” or the Trustpilot star, will now appear on every card as it scrolls across the page. Save your widget to apply the change.
Once Show Social Platform Icon is on, a nested Social Redirection toggle appears directly below it. Enable this toggle to make each platform icon a clickable link that takes visitors to the original review on the source platform. Save your widget after making this selection.
